ADDISON, Ill. – Auston Robertson showed up here at Sunday’s The Opening Chicago Regional’s headliners. The Indiana defensive end lived up to the advanced billing.

Here’s What I Saw: Simply put, complete domination. Robertson deserves all the scholarship offers and accolades that have come his way. He’s physically imposing and backs it up with extreme athleticism. His explosion off the ball is backed up with strength and superb technique. For me, he was the most impressive player at this event. Iowa offered early and he had initial interested in the Hawkeyes but it seems to have faded as the blue-blood programs jumped in. When you consider how he owned four-star offensive tackle Ben Bredeson from Wisconsin, you realize that Robertson is a very special player.
