IOWA CITY, Iowa –
The hoopla surrounding Iowa’s wrestling meet at Kinnick Stadium Saturday serves the fans and the sport. For the Hawkeyes, their attention is focused on the task at hand.

Top-ranked Oklahoma State comes to town looking for solidify its hold on the No. 1 spot in the USA Today/NWCA Coaches Poll. The Hawkeyes are provided with a chance to show they’re better than their No. 4 rating.

"We’re on a mission. We’re going to prove ourselves. But let’s be careful now. The season hasn’t started yet," 125-pounder Thomas Gilman said.

Joining Gilman here at the football performance center on Tuesday was Sammy Brooks (184), Alex Meyer (174) and Logan Ryan (141).
