AH-TV: Iowa players discuss victory over Minnesota
MINNEAPOLIS, Minn. – It didn’t come easy, but the Iowa football team kept the Floyd of Rosedale trophy on Saturday with a 14-7 victory over West Division rival Minnesota at TCF Bank Stadium.
Iowa improved to 4-2 on the season, including 2-1 in the Big Ten. Iowa is also 2-0 in trophy games this season after having defeated Iowa State 42-3 on Sept. 10 at Kinnick Stadium.
Select members of the Iowa team met with the media after Saturday’s game to discuss the victory and what they need to do to keep improving.
Iowa’s next game is this coming Saturday at Purdue.
