AH TV: Iowa special teams coordinator LeVar Woods updates the progress being made in spring practice
IOWA CITY, Iowa – Special teams took center stage on Friday as LeVar Woods met with the media to discuss the progress being made in spring practice.
Woods, a former Iowa linebacker, is entering his 12th season on the Iowa staff and was named the special teams coordinator in March, 2017
Woods addressed a number of topics on Friday, including the competition at kicker and punter.
He also talked about why Iowa's culture is unique compared to most college football programs.
And he paid tribute to former Iowa assistant coach Reese Morgan, who recently retired after having spent the past 19 seasons on the Iowa staff.
