RB/LB Wade Commits to Hawkeyes
Iowa picked up its eighth known verbal commitment in the 2016 recruiting class on Monday when Illinois athlete Barrington Wade announced his pledge to the school on Twitter.

Wade held a press conference at a restaurant near his Skokie (IL) Niles North High School.

The 6-foot-1, 210-pound Wade projects as running back or linebacker. He’s a good athlete that could fit somewhere else as well.

Rivals ranks Wade as a three-star prospect and Illinois’ 23rd best player in the class. Scout also lists him as a three star and the No. 3 running back in Illinois for ’16.
