IOWA CITY, Iowa – This makes it three podcasts in a row in which we talk almost exclusively about the Iowa football team, which plays at Purdue on Saturday.

We do some drifting at the beginning and learn that the Lovin’ Spoonful was the first band that Tom Suter saw in concert many years ago.

But we mostly stay on course and talk about the 4-2 Iowa football team. The callers deserve much of the credit for that as they asked some good, thought-provoking questions.
