AH TV: Iowa football players update summer workouts and look ahead to 2018 season
IOWA CITY, Iowa – Select members of the Iowa football team, including quarterback Nate Stanley and tight end Noah Fant, met with the media on Tuesday to update summer workouts.
The players addressed multiple topics, including trying to improve on Iowa's 8-5 record from each of the past two seasons.
Iowa closed the 2017 season by defeating Nebraska 56-14 in the regular-season finale and Boston College 27-20 in the Pinstripe Bowl. It was Iowa's first bowl win since the 2010 season.
The Hawkeyes will face Northern Illinois in the 2018 season opener on Sept. 1 at Kinnick Stadium.
