IOWA CITY, Iowa – Don Patterson liked what he saw from the rapidly improving Iowa offense during this past Saturday's 42-16 victory at Indiana.

Hayden Fry's former offensive coordinator was impressed with Iowa's balance on offense and with the number of playmakers who are now emerging.

Patterson shared his thoughts and his insight during his regular Monday appearance on the Allhawkeyes/KCJJ radio hour. His interview lasted for about 30 minutes and is at the beginning of the podcast.

Patterson also looks ahead to Saturday's homecoming game against Maryland and what it'll take for 19th-ranked Iowa to be victorious.
