AH TV: Kirk Ferentz breaks down Saturday’s 30-0 victory over Rutgers
IOWA CITY, Iowa – From his defense pitching a shutout to his offense compiling more than 400 yards, there was a lot for Kirk Ferentz to like about Saturday's 30-0 victory over Rutgers in the Big Ten opener at Kinnick Stadium.
Iowa held the Scarlet Knights to just 41 passing yards, and to zero yards in the second quarter, while improving to 2-0 on the season. It was the second lowest passing total for an opponent during the Ferentz era, which dates back to 1999.

Iowa quarterback Nate Stanley threw three touchdowns passes for the second consecutive game and moved past Ricky Stanzi into third place in career touchdown passes at Iowa with 58.
