IOWA CITY, Iowa – An electric environment is expected in Kinnick Stadium Saturday when Iowa plays host to its first night game in three seasons. The Hawkeyes are hoping it impresses what is expected to be a large group of football and basketball recruits.

Each sport will entertain an official visitor. Florida defensive back K.J. Sails returns to Iowa City after an unofficial stop in July. St. Louis Power Forward Tyler Cook comes back to town after seeing the campus several times before.

Iowa seems positioned well for Sails and Cook but it’s probably a long shot that either commits this weekend. You can read Sails’ thoughts on Iowa here. Catch up on where things stand with Cook here.

Among the unofficial visitors, Edwardsville (IL) High Defensive End A.J. Epenesa stands tall, literally and figuratively. The 247 network ranks the 6-foot-5, 250-pound son of former Hawkeye Epenesa Epenesa as the No. 2 prospect in the 2017 Class regardless of position. Find out what A.J. thinks about his father’s alma mater here and watch him play here.

Here’s a list of other players we’ve confirmed are expected to be at Kinnick for the Iowa-Pittsburgh game (7 p.m. CT, BTN), which will be updated as we learn of more names. You can click on the players name to go to his AllHawkeyes.com profile. Please check back Sunday and next week for photos and stories of visitors:
