AH-TV: Some possible future Hawkeyes on display at chilly Valley Stadium
WEST DES MOINES, Iowa – Mother Nature’s wintry-like blast didn’t faze the hundreds of kids who attended the Iowa football team’s open practice on Friday at Valley Stadium.
In addition to having an autograph session before practice, a clinic also was held for the kids after practice in which they interacted with the Iowa players and worked on specific drills for nearly 30 minutes.
The wind was howling and the temperature was below 40 degrees when the clinic started. But that had no affect on the kids’ enthusiasm as you can tell in the following videos.
