AH TV: McCaffery, Iowa players talk UNI
IOWA CITY, Iowa – No disrespect to Iowa State or Drake, but Northern Iowa appears to be Iowa's biggest in-state rival in men's basketball.
Says who?
The Iowa players, including freshman point guard Jordan Bohannon, that's who.
He paid the Panthers a big compliment on Wednesday, calling them Iowa's biggest in-state rival.
The teams will resume their rivalry on Saturday in the first game of the Big Four Classic at Wells Fargo Arena in Des Moines.
Bohannon was among several Iowa players who met with the media on Wednesday, along with Iowa head coach Fran McCaffery.
