IOWA CITY, Iowa – If you're into Iowa wrestling, Iowa football and Iowa men's basketball then Friday's 90-minute podcast is a must-listen.

The show starts with Iowa wrestling phenom Spencer Lee looking back at his dominance at the NCAA Championships. Lee won the national title at 125 pounds to become the first Hawkeye true freshman to win a national title since Lincoln McIlravy in 1993.

The Pennsylvania native talks about how and why he started wrestling at a young age and about the influence from his parents. Lee also explains why he picked Iowa over virtually every other school in the country, including Penn State.

Former Iowa basketball player Adam Haluska was a our second guest and he addresses a number of topics, including the roster changes involving his alma mater. It was announced on Tuesday that shooting guard Brady Ellingson and forward Ahmad Wagner both were leaving the Iowa program.

Ellingson wants to play as a graduate transfer for a different school, while Wagner plans to switch from basketball to football. He was all-state receiver as a senior in Ohio.

Former Iowa football player Eppy Epenesa was our third guest and his segment starts about an hour into the show. Eppy is the father of Iowa defensive end and former 5-star recruit A.J. Epenesa.

Some Iowa fans were upset and voiced their frustration on Twitter after Iowa released its spring depth chart in which A.J. Epenesa was listed on the second-team behind senior Parker Hesse.

Eppy Epenesa responded to the criticism by posting a powerful message on Facebook in which he tells fans to stop with the criticism and also praises Hesse for being not only a good player, but also a mentor to his son.

Eppy Epenesa raves about how his son is being treated at Iowa and he thanks the older players for embracing A.J. and for helping him make the transition to college. It was refreshing to hear a parent put things in the proper perspective.
