AH TV: Kirk Ferentz addresses multiple topics during 2019 wrap-up press conference
IOWA CITY, Iowa – Since the end of 2014 season, Kirk Ferentz has held a press conference in January to sort of put a bow on the season that just ended, and to look ahead to spring practice.
He kept that tradition going on Monday and addressed multiple topics, including the competition to replace Nate Stanley at quarterback, the early depatures to the NFL, rebuilding the defensive line and recruiting punters.
Iowa defeated USC 49-24 in the Holiday Bowl on Dec. 27th in San Diego to cap a 10-3 season, and Monday's press conference marked the first time that Ferenz has addressed the media since that game.
