Iowa women’s basketball lands commitment in 2022 class

IOWA CITY, Iowa – The Iowa women’s basketball team received its second verbal commitment in the 2022 class Tuesday when Johnston player Jada Gyamfi announced her commitment to the Hawkeyes via Twitter.

The 6-foot-2 Gyamfi joins Cedar Rapids Washington’s Hannah Stuelke in the class.
Gyamfi also had an offer from Minnesota.
Last season, Gyamfi averaged over 11 points and six rebounds per game.
