IOWA CITY, Iowa – Iowa City native Oliver Martin’s time with the Iowa football team appears to be over.

According to a Twitter account dedicated to the NCAA transfer portal and run by the Rivals network, Martin has entered the transfer portal.

Martin, who was a four-star receiver in the 2017 recruiting class, originally committed to Michigan out of high school.

Martin spent two seasons at Michigan before transferring to Iowa after the 2018 season.

At Iowa, Martin played in eight games and recorded five receptions for 28 yards and a touchdown.

Martin was the 2017 Iowa Gatorade Player of the Year at Iowa City West and is the all-time leader in receptions, yards and touchdowns in Iowa prep history.
