Florida offensive lineman Michael Myslinski reconsidering Iowa
Hawkeyes back in the hunt after Myslinski de-commits from Texas
IOWA CITY, Iowa – It made sense that Iowa might be among the schools that Michael Myslinski would reconsider after he decommitted from Texas earlier this month.
The Florida offensive lineman, who is part of the 2021 senior class, had Iowa among his top schools before making a verbal commitment to Texas in August.
But he has since re-opened his recruitment and confirmed to Hawk Fanatic via a text message on Thursday that he still is being recruited by Iowa and still is considering the Hawkeyes.
Iowa signed 17 high school seniors on Wednesday during the the early signing period. The traditional signing day will be held on the first Wednesday in February.
Myslinski is ranked as a 3-star recruit by Rivals, and at one time, had at least 27 scholarship offers, according to Rivals.
