Video: Postgame after Iowa disappointing 24-17 loss to Nebraska

IOWA CITY, IA – The Hawkeyes came into today with a simple task, beat 3-7 Nebraska, go to Indy.
That task did not go as planned after the Huskers jumped to a 17-0 lead in the first half and did not look back. Handing the Hawkeyes their first loss to the Huskers since 2014 in Iowa City.
Cooper Dejean and Spencer Petras were two huge losses for Iowa in this one, but the reason for the loss was short comings on all three facets of the game.
Alex Padilla and company put together a valiant effort in the second half to scare the Huskers, but it was not enough.
Now the Hawkeyes will have a month to reset and prepare for a bowl game. Check out what players and head coach Kirk Ferentz had to say after this senior day performance.
