IOWA CITY, Iowa – Don Patterson wraps up another enjoyable and insightful football season on the Hawk Fanatic radio show and podcast as he looks back in this podcast at the 2022 season, and ahead to next season.

Don’s segment normally airs on Mondays throughout the season, but he switched to Wednesday for this show since it was just two days after the national championship game in which Georgia crushed Texas Christian University 65-7 to win back-to-back national titles.

Don breaks down the Georgia beat-down and he also gives his thoughts on the Iowa football team’s performance so far in the transfer portal.

And then near the of his hour-long segment, Don has some very interesting things to say about the sputtering Iowa offense, and about what changes should be made as Michigan transfer Cade McNamara prepares to take over at quarterback.

Don’s segment starts at the beginning of the 90-minute podcast.

Enjoy.
