Postgame after Iowa controls low scoring affair and inches closer to Indy with 22-0 win over Rutgers

IOWA CITY, IOWA – The 7-2 Iowa Hawkeyes may have had some misfortunes on the offensive end this year, nonetheless they came into Saturday with a one game lead in the Big Ten West.
After losses by Minnesota and Wisconsin, as well as the Hawkeyes handling business with a 22-0 win over Rutgers, they now sit atop the Big Ten West with a two games lead.
With just two games to play (home vs Illinois and at Nebraska), the Hawks control their own destiny. The path is clear and there may be a light at the end of this tunnel for the Hawkeyes.
