By Dallas Jones
IOWA CITY, IOWA – After three months of highs and lows, the Iowa Hawkeye football team is starting at Indianapolis and awaiting their opponent at the big dance.
The Hawkeyes secured their ninth win of the season in true Hawkeye fashion, a defensive stop. Deacon Hill put together another solid performance as he totaled over 160 yards through the air and a touchdown while completing 66% of his passes.
On the other side of the ball, seniors Jay Higgins and Joe Evans shined in their last game in Kinnick Stadium.
