IOWA CITY, Iowa – Former Iowa running back Jaziun Patterson will stay in the Big Ten Conference to finish his college career as he has committed to Michigan State.

He will join former Iowa punter Rhys Dakin and former Iowa special teams coordinator LeVar Woods in East Lansing, Michigan.
Dakin, a native of Melbourne, Australia, also recently committed to Michigan State. His commitment came shortly after Woods had joined the Michigan State coaching staff under new head coach Pat Fitzgerald.

Patterson played in 10 games this season and started against Rutgers. He rushed for 296 yards for the season, including a minus-3 yards in the 34-27 victory over Vanderbilt in the ReliaQuest Bowl.
