Hawk Fanatic TV: Don Patterson makes weekly guest appearance
Calls win win at Michigan "poetic justice"
IOWA CITY, Iowa – Former Iowa offensive coordinator Don Patterson made his weekly in-season Monday guest appearance on the Hawk Fanatic radio show and podcast.
He looked back at Iowa’s 20-19 victory over Michigan this past Saturday in Ann Arbor, Michigan and forward to this coming Saturday’s game against Ohio State at Kinnick Stadium.
Iowa defeated the Wolverines on the final play of the game as Hank Brown completed a 16-yard touchdown pass to Reece Vander Zee as time expired.
Patterson called it “poetic justice” after how Michigan beat Western Michigan on a Hail Mary pass in the season opener after one second was put back on the clock.
