NORTH LIBERTY, Iowa – Mike Gesell enjoyed his best overall season as a junior last winter. The Nebraska point guard has worked hard to make his final campaign the biggest yet.

Gesell was in action during the Prime Time League’s 29th opening night Thursday here at the rec center. He posted 26 points and nine assists in a dominating effort.
