AH-TV: Iowa fans make predictions during tailgate before Outback Bowl
TAMPA, Fla. – The Iowa football team is seeking its first bowl game victory since a 27-24 victory over Missouri in the 2010 Insight Bowl when it squares off against Florida in the Outback Bowl on Monday.
As usual, Iowa fans traveled from near and far in hopes of seeing the Hawkeyes end the drought.
Allhawkeyes.com caught up with some fans tailgaiting prior to the noon kickoff on Monday at Raymond James Stadium.
The fans mostly predicted a one or two touchdown victory over the Gators and many think senior quarterback C.J. Beathard is poised to perform well in his final game as a Hawkeye. Many also thought that Desmond King would return an interception for a touchdown.
