IOWA CITY, Iowa – Our panel is cut to two for this week's picks, but that still is enough to have a difference of opinion about the Iowa-Northwestern game and about Iowa State's game at Texas Tech.

Iowa State 42, Texas Tech 41: Joel Lanning sings the national anthem, kicks, punts, plays quarterback and linebacker as Iowa State improves to 5-2.
Southern California 21, Notre Dame 17: Brian Kelly is called for coach's interference when he runs on the field in an effort to help shove his quarterback into the end zone on the final play of the game.
Auburn 35, Arkansas 31: Between Nebraska and Arkansas, I'm not sure which is a less enticing offer after this season and I wouldn't want to live on the difference.
