Iowa men’s basketball ranked No. 5 in new NCAA NET rankings
Hawkeyes set to face Northwestern at 11 a.m. Sunday

IOWA CITY, Iowa – The Iowa men’s basketball team’s four-game win streak has helped it remain No. 5 in the NCAA NET rankings.
The Hawkeyes join Michigan (third), Illinois (7th), Wisconsin (19th) and Ohio State (22nd) as Big Ten teams in the top 25.
Iowa is 2-2 against quad one teams and 4-0 against quad two teams.
The Hawkeyes are set to face Northwestern on Sunday in Evanston, Ill.
Iowa was scheduled to play Michigan State in Iowa City on Jan. 14, but the game was postponed due to COVID-19 issues within the Michigan State program.
Iowa appeared at No. 7 in the first NET rankings of the season.
