Former Iowa linebacker Dillon Doyle will transfer to Baylor
IOWA CITY, Iowa – Dillon Doyle has found a new home to continue his college football career.
The former Iowa linebacker, and son of former Iowa strength and conditioning coach Chris Doyle, announced Thursday afternoon that he will transfer to Baylor.
Dillon Doyle entered the transfer portal shortly after his father was put on paid administrative leave due to being accused by numerous former Iowa players of racial disparities and bullying.

Chris Doyle has since agreed to a $1.1 million separation from Iowa, which will also cover his health insurance for 15 months.
Chris Doyle was an original member of Kirk Ferentz’s staff at Iowa dating back to 1999 and the highest paid strength and conditioning coach in the country.
Dillon Doyle, a 2018 graduate of Iowa City West High School, appeared in all 13 games last season as a redshirt freshman, with three starts, and finished with 23 tackles. He played in four games in 2018, mostly on special teams, with two tackles.
Dillon Doyle also made Academic All-Big Ten last season.
He will have three seasons of eligibility remaining.
